Our Policy
Should you receive an item that doesn’t meet your fit expectations, simply login to your Workroom to submit an alterations request. A member of our Fit Squad will follow up and request additional photos for further evaluation. We offer a $100 maximum credit for suits and $50 credit for shirts.
